In 1999 an American friend pointed out to me a new set of inks for the B/W printing produced by Jon Cone.
|
I have tried this system using an Epson 3000 and I obtained charming results. An absolutely new way to interpret B/W printing. |
|
From then I began under ECCO brand the Italian distribution of these inks and I devoted myself to the perfecting of the printing technique, years devoted to try to understand the best way to choose the right setup of a program, like if you were in a darkroom, with the unique software really valid, the B/W experience.

Scanning of the negative, search of the widest tone range and the control of the contrast realized in full light and, like Gianni Penati says, “without any bad smell”.

The Warm Tone prints |
We appointed a special series of Piezography inks to obtain a warm tone prints similar to platinum-palladium. |
The system is used only with our papers. |
